What a sweet day

So I have another post that I really want to write… But do you ever just have something nagging at you and want to “get it over with” well that is this post… I want to show off the finished cake from cake class (SO much fun and I am signing up for level 2 in October)
So this is the cake from the final week, I was really rather proud of it and so glad that it happened to be the day before Jim’s friend Roberta’s birthday – I sent him off to celebrate with her, cake in hand.

So really there isn’t much else to say about cakes
