1. What did you do in 2008 that you’d never done before?
Learned to Double crochet (thanks Elsa – PS in my book I am reading now there is a character named Elsa and she is a little girl so in my mind’s eye I have made her a young you)

2. Did you keep your New Years’ resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I did and I probably will.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
I don’t think so I think everybody had them in 2007 or will have them in 2009.

4. Did anyone close to you die?
Yup thus 2008 = the year to hate.

5. What countries did you visit?
None.

6. What would you like to have in 2009 that you lacked in 2008?
Sanity.

7. What date from 2008 will remain etched upon your memory?
January 28th

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Surviving.

9. What was your biggest failure?
The fact that I earned the title “posterchild for how not to grieve”.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Yup.

11. What was the best thing you bought?
My PT Cruiser.

12. Whose behaviour merited celebration?
This sounds like a cop out but quite a few people who just were (and are) amazing.

13. Whose behaviour made you appalled and depressed?
A few people but I am not dwelling on them, they don't deserve my thoughts :-)

The house

My nieces they continue to amaze and inspire me!

Going through hell

Found the good in life, and taken care of friendships

Been depressed.

1. I refuse to buy a new car because car payments stress me out.

2. One of my favorite parts of my husband is that he makes holidays kid-like for adults and we all love it!

3. I have loved the color combination red and purple since I was 16

4. I can't figure out how to get the pictures off my camera to get them on my computer so I can blog the vacation photos.

5. I have to take one of my antibiotics with gingerale because I am convinced the bubbles will help to push the ginormous pill down (this was brought on because Jim just brought my pills over)

6. I love giving presents and don't like getting them - My sisters say it is a double standard.

Hmmmmm that is a tie for me between honesty and kindness...

Question: What is the last thing you do before you got to bed at night?
Roll over and cuddle Jim - I can't fall asleep without laying on him

Crafting with some friends in the day and then just hanging out with Jim and maybe playing games. That would be fun!

Sure why not, if she was the best person for the job.
